Online version

Go to the Chrome Store, and search for the extension with the name "XAD client for CRM".

Find the latest version then click add to chrome.

Next click on Add extension.

Note: When the installation is successful, the Extension will appear as a small window, please do not turn off that window.

Once added to the browser, click on the icon and then click to pin the extension.

Once pinned, the XAD icon will be in the upper right corner of the browser.

Click on the XAD icon to display the login screen:

Click "Config" to set the configuration

• API Config: link to install API XAD Extension, this link is regulated and provided by NTT.

• Profile Name: specified by NTT and provided by NTT.

Click “Save & Close” to save the configuration information. After successful saving, there will be a message and close the XAD configuration tab.

If the API link gives the error "Config is empty. Please fill config."

• Step 1: Click on “Config”

• Step 2: Check the "API Config" and "Profile Name" fields of XAD Extension have data or not.
