Enter agent information to log in.

Login information:

  • AgentID: agent login account.

  • Password: agent login password.

  • Extension: the number of extensions the agent uses.

Login to XAD needs to be done after login into the CRM website, if you log in to XAD first, creating and opening a ticket/case on CRM will not be correct. Operations with the XAD addon can only be performed when the agent is on the specified CRM site, it has no meaning when on other websites.

After successful login, the icon displays according to the agent status.

(1): XAD extension in browser tray. When clicking on the icon will display the XAD extension.

  • : the agent is ready to make a call.

  • : the agent is suspending work/suspending from listening to incoming calls to make outgoing calls.

(2): Agent and call information

  • Agent: agent id login.

  • Extension: number of extension agent logins.

  • DID: the number to call out / call in.

  • Fr/To: incoming/outgoing phone number.

(3): Enter the phone number and call out.

(4): Reason for pause.
