Pause
When logged in, the default state of the agent is pause.

To pause, the agent clicks the pause reason.

And click the pause button.

After pausing:
(1): The XAD icon in the browser tray will display the word "Pause".
(2): The "Pause Reason" box is disabled.
(3): The "Pause" button changes to "Unpause".
(4): The "Call Waiting" window will change to gray.
